We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your flowers, we don't sell your information, and we're happy to answer any questions about it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm and coordinate your order.
- Your order details — bouquet style, colors, flower preferences, add-ons, and the date you need it.
- Pickup or delivery information, including a delivery address and any instructions you provide.
- Any inspiration images or links you choose to upload, which we use only to design your bouquet.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor.
How we use it
We use your information to create your bouquet, process your payment, arrange pickup or delivery, send order confirmations and receipts, and communicate with you about your order. We may also keep basic records of past orders so we can serve you better next time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to fulfill your order:
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
- Resend — sending order and confirmation emails.
- Supabase & Vercel — database, hosting, and storage of your order details and uploaded images.
- Mapbox — checking that a delivery address is within range.
We never sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum — just what's needed for the site and checkout to work. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet our business, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.
Your choices & California privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to tell you what we hold. If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. We don't sell personal information. To make a request, email us — we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is meant for adults placing orders. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
